Update From Mahoney Alarms
During these challenging times, nothing is more important to us than the health and well being of our employees, customers and communities. For that reason, our office is closed to the public and can no longer accept walk-ins.
Mahoney Alarms will remain fully operational, 24/7, to help and assist all our customers. Our customers can still contact our office 24/7 by phone (518) 793-7788 or by visiting Contact Us. We are continuing to follow strict CDC guidelines, including practicing safe working distances and adhering to additional cleaning protocols.

Our Commitment to Our Customers
In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, we would like to keep you informed of the measures we here, at Mahoney Alarms, are taking to ensure there is no disruption of service.
We have enacted all the CDC advised precautions such as multiple daily cleanings, limited interpersonal contact between staff members, frequent hand washing breaks and daily testing for symptoms for all personnel.
We have isolated our dispatch center from other internal personnel as well as isolating individual dispatchers from each other, actively testing our warm and cold backups and our off site secondary stations. We have added additional electronic and physical security to all our properties.
Our external workforce has been kept in limited contact with our internal personnel by working from home.
While an abundance of caution will help us do our part to reduce and limit the spread, our staff is ready to respond if you need any service.
